Description
One of the leaders within the healthcare industry is looking for a Change Management and Analytics Manager to work with their Supply Chain team in the East Hanover, NJ area.
POSITION/TITLE: Manager, Change Management and Analytics

DEPARTMENT/TEAM DESCRIPTION

Change Management Team coordinates and plans the review of new or revised package components and labeling associated changes to Consumer Health products through the Change Management process.

Change Management Team ensures data accuracy and integrity through creation and maintenance of system information, enabling uninterrupted flow of data within local and global supply chain systems and change control processes to support business execution for Consumer Health Division.


POSITION SUMMARY

Monitor, analyze, troubleshoot and rectify any quality or completeness issues with system data and processes. Develop, run and analyze system and process reports to ensure data accuracy; provide feedback to the manager as required.

The incumbent coordinates and plans the review of new or revised package components and labeling associated changes to Consumer Health products through the Change Management process.

This role must interact effectively with all functions involved with the Change Management process to ensure changes in packaging and labeling are accomplished in a compliant manner consistent with company directives and industry regulations to fully support the supply of Consumer Health products distributed in the US market.


POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for KPI reporting on processes

Monitor, analyze, troubleshoot and rectify any quality or completeness issues with system data and processes. Develop, run and analyze system reports to ensure data accuracy; provide feedback to the manager as required.

Provide system expertise in order to help maintain / improve or resolve system issues and to meet business requirements.

Propose system improvements and/or process changes; provide manager with feedback of impact and suggest alternate solutions / recommendations that are in alignment with system best practices

Maintain technical training documentation and training records locally for Consumer Health Product Lifecycle systems where needed

Acts as the primary point of contact for all internal Consumer Health customers to initiate packaging and labeling changes, monitor status, and initiate change amendments and ensures that Change Control submissions are monitored

Administers the BHC US Change Management process and serves as compliance check for all packaging and labeling changes submitted to the Change Control Review Process. Manages change control submissions throughout the product lifecycle workflow stages for Consumer Health products marketed within the US

The incumbent acts as the facilitator for packaging and labeling changes for Consumer Health products marketing in the US and acts as a functional liaison between the Change Management Review Board, Project Management, Supply Managers, and Supply Center technical staff.

Leads weekly cross-functional Review Board meetings including facilitating the resolution of copy issues during the review process, capturing and communicates agreed upon copy changes, and acting as as liaison between the relevant functions as appropriate


REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES

Education Requirement: BS/BA in Business, Logistics, Engineering or an equivalent qualification with 4 + years’ experience in systems administration / analytics or Product Lifecycle / Change Management in the Consumer industry and or demonstrable equivalent systems complexity or AS Degree with 6+ years’ experience described above

Skill & Competency Requirements:

Must have an understanding of information systems technology and business processes and procedures.

A broad understanding of Master Data, Project Management, Packaging Services, Supply Chain and related functional areas is a major contributor to success in this position.

Must have an understanding of information systems technology and business processes and procedures.

Must be able to participate in cross-functional initiatives and have a detailed knowledge of Supply Chain systems, database functionality and understanding of Change Management processes.

Advanced computer skills - Microsoft Excel with Macro, Powerpoint, Product Life Cycle, Worfklow Approval and Database Systems

Core competencies include: practical judgment, ability to develop oneself, technical skills, troubleshooting and analytical ability.

Must be able to focus on their appointed tasks, manage multiple project timeline requirements, and be flexible to handle changing priorities and fluctuating workloads.
