Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed.

•Enters purchase orders and tracks from PO entry to shipment.
•Maintains various Excel spreadsheets.
•Updates sample/shipment information in computer system.
•Handles high volume of incoming samples.
•Emails internal requests for documents.
•Creates folders and files documents.

Key Competencies

•Purchasing or Customer Service experience, a plus.
•Excellent Attention to Detail a must.
•Excellent organizing and planning skills a must.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Punctuality, reliability and initiative.
•Strong computer skills.


•College degree preferred.
